Centennial Mental Health Center is a not-for-profit corporation providing behavioral health services for the residents of Cheyenne, Elbert, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, and Yuma Counties in the state of Colorado. It is governed by a 21-member Board of Directors composed of two representatives from each of the 10 counties Centennial serves and one at large representative of an underserved population.
One Member from each county is appointed by that County’s Board of Commissioners. The other is a representative of the community elected by the entire Board of Directors.
