The Director of the Department of Social Services of Elbert County, Mr. Hawker has been an active member of Centennial’s Board since 1993. Elected Vice President in 1995 and 1996, Mr. Hawker then served four terms as President. He was honored as Centennial’s Outstanding Board Member of the Year at the 1999 CBHC Conference.
