Mr. Kyncl brings the experience of a lifetime of involvement in human services agencies to his position as Morgan County Community Representative. Retired from the Department of Human Services, Mr. Kyncl is involved in a variety of agencies focused on improving the life and health of his community and the individuals who live there.
