Assists in providing monitoring and supervision of clients admitted to the Crisis Respite Program. When indicated, the Respite Staff will work in teams of two to provide adequate client supervision and support.

Mental Health Professional I - Respite

 

I012 Sterling, CO $19.23/hr DOE

Provides monitoring and supervision of clients admitted to the Crisis Respite Program. Will respond to requests from Emergency Response Team for monitoring of clients, working shifts at a designated Respite facility location. When indicated, the Respite Staff will work in teams of two to provide adequate client supervision and support.

This is a 24-7 facility, this position will work rotating shifts to cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (including some holidays).

Mental Health Professional I N001 Sterling, CO $14.90/hr. Provides a variety of services that include a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain a consumer's ability to function in the community.
Mental Health Professional II or III N015, N018, E003, E011

Sterling, Burlington, and Yuma CO

$40,000 - $45,000 + DOE

Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric.

Mental Health Professional II or III (Early Childhood Specialist) S006 South Region - based in Elizabeth will travel to Limon, Burlington, Wray and other locations $31,000 - $45,000 +  DOE
 
Plans, coordinates, and implements specialized services to children ages 0-5 through community agency consultations, training, and program development. Provides training and supervision to Centennial clinical staff in the area of early childhood issues.

Masters degree in psychology, or social work with emphasis on children & families preferred. Will consider BA with early childhood education experience/consultation and training.

Substance Use Disorder Positions

Dual Diagnosis Professional- II or III C017 Fort Morgan CO $40,000 - $45,000 + DOE Provides direct substance use disorder and mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric.
Mental Health Professional II or III-Jail Based Behavioral Services W021 Fort Morgan, or Sterling, CO $40,000- $45,000  + DOE

Provides direct behavioral health services to incarcerated individuals with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Position would require regular travel to Morgan and Logan County Jails.
