Clinical Coordinator-Intensive Services W002 10 Cnty. Catchment $63,000-$75,000 DOE The Clinical Coordinator for Intensive Services provides leadership and direction for Mobile Crisis services, the agency’s Residential/Community Respite program, and oversees continuity of care activities.
Electronic Health Record Manager B012 Sterling, CO $43,000-$52,000 DOE

Responsible for the Center's Electronic Health Record (EHR) including identifying requirements, determining and implementing optimal solutions to meet those requirements.  Plans, directs, manages, and oversees all aspects of the EHR including screen set-up and optimal work flow to capture required data elements.  Coordinates assigned activities with other Center divisions and outside agencies.  Acts with minimal supervision and oversight by the Finance Director, with emphasis on consultative and collegial interface.

Post Crisis Stabilization Student PCST Sterling Respite Facility $8.31/hr.

Mental Health Professional I - Respite

Provides monitoring and supervision of clients admitted to the Crisis Respite Program. Will respond to requests from Emergency Response Team for monitoring of clients, working shifts at a designated Respite facility location. When indicated, the Respite Staff will work in teams of two to provide adequate client supervision and support.

This is a 24-7 facility, this position will work rotating shifts to cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (including some holidays).

Mental Health Professional I N001 Sterling, CO $14.90-$15.65/hr. DOE Provides a variety of services that include a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain a consumer's ability to function in the community.
Mental Health Professional I-Mentor S024 Elizabeth, CO $14.90-$15.65/hr. DOE Provides mentoring to children and their families. Completes a variety of services that include a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain a consumer's ability to function in the community
Integrated Health Professional C036 Fort Morgan, CO $42,000-$62,000

Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric in an integrated health setting.

Mental Health Professional II or III  S002, S023, N015, N018, E003, E011, C017

Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric.

Mental Health Professional II or III (Early Childhood Specialist) S006 South Region - based in Elizabeth will travel to Limon, Burlington, Wray and other locations $31,000 - $48,375 DOE
 
Plans, coordinates, and implements specialized services to children ages 0-5 through community agency consultations, training, and program development. Provides training and supervision to Centennial clinical staff in the area of early childhood issues.

Masters degree in psychology, or social work with emphasis on children & families preferred. Will consider BA with early childhood education experience/consultation and training.
