EMPLOYEE INSURANCE BENEFIT INFORMATION The following is a general overview of the leave benefits Centennial Mental Health Center offers its employees. For complete information on each benefit, please refer to the Employee Handbook. Paid Time Off (.50 FTE) Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued on a monthly basis dependent on years of service and prorated based on FTE status. Full-time employees are eligible for:
Part-time employees (who work more than 20 hours per week but less than 40 hours) will receive PTO on the same schedule, but on a pro-rated basis according to their percent of FTE (full0time equivalency). Employees with 1-14 years of service can accrue a maximum of 30 days or 240 hours (for full-time employees). Employees with 15 + years of service can accrue a maximum of 35 days or 280 hours (for full-time employees). Extended Leave Bank (.50 FTE) Extended Leave Bank (ELB) may be used by the employee for sickness or valid health reasons within his/her immediate family after five (5) consecutive days missed.
Holiday Pay (.50 FTE) All employees receive ten paid holidays per year as listed below. Full-time employees receive 8 hours of compensation for each holiday. Part-time employee’s holiday pay is pro-rated based on the employee’s FTE.
*Offices remain open and employees may use these hours as floating holidays by the end of the year in which the floating holiday occurred. |
