- Certified Addictions Counselor I: Provides services to individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with substance abuse problems, such as alcohol or drug abuse. Provides direct and indirect support to designated staff and consumers under the supervision of a CAC III.

Supervises the clinical services provided by the Center in counties as assigned by Deputy and Executive Director. Insures that (1) programs and services provided by the Center comply fully with the standards, rules and regulations of applicable regulatory and payor agencies, (2) programs and services offered by the Center are consumer-driven and consistent with the Center’s mission and policies, and (3) direct service staff adhere to the highest standards of clinical care.

- Controller: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fiscal areas. Supervises the functions of accounts payable, cash receipts, payroll, and general accounting. Provides monthly analysis and support to the Finance Director.

Coordinates assigned activities with other Center divisions and outside agencies. Has high level responsibilities in the complex administrative support to the Executive Director. Coordinates with Deputy Director and County Directors for creating and administering the Center budget, administration of grants, and other financial matters.

Maintains and expands the Center's provider status with managed care companies. Works independently and with minimal supervision.

Oversees the administration of the Center’s employee benefits package.
