Kassidy Clouse is a lifelong resident of Sterling dedicated to Centennial Mental Health Center and Northeastern Colorado.  Kassidy is the Center’s Human Resources Manager and has served many roles for the Center since beginning her employment in February 2002.

Kassidy attained an AA in Business Administration from Northeastern Junior College and went on to pursue her BS in Business Administration from Regis University.  She plans to sit for the SPHR certification exam in the near future.

Kassidy is responsible for all aspects of the human resources department and management of all employee-related administrative processes and procedures, including:

•  Records Management
•  Salary Administration
•  Benefits Administration
•  Orientation
•  Continuing Education

Kassidy’s primary objective as Human Resources Manager is to utilize the Center’s resources in a unique fashion to maximize retention and promote recruitment of highly qualified professionals in our rural and frontier areas.
