Karla Rosas has served as County Director for Centennial Mental Health Center since August, 2000. Karla is a lifelong resident of Sterling and 10-year veteran of Centennial. Currently, Karla oversees all of the services offered by Centennial in Logan County. These include outpatient services for people of all ages, pre-school through geriatric, community support services for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, HB 1034 Community Based Pilot program for youth under the age of 18 with a mental health diagnosis and are on probation. Karla represents CMHC on a variety of community committees which include: Logan County Department of Social Services Child Protection, Permanency Planning, Foster Care Advisory Board, Adult Protection, 13th Judicial District Probation, SB94, Youth Coalition, Coordinating Counsel for Youth of Logan County, HB 1034 Community Management Team, HB1034 Evaluation Task Force Logan County Design Team, Regional Design Team, Cambell School Accountability Committee, and the Visionary Committee for Sterling.
