I started working at CMHC in 1989 with the CSP program, working with severely and persistently mentally ill adults. When I first started I was doing primarily case management. I am now involved in 6 skills training or therapy groups per week and do some individual therapy also.

I am on the QI team and have been involved with the cultural etiquette team. I am also on the emergency services rotation and generally am on call for emergencies about 3 or 4 days a month.

I have been through the QMAP training for medication management. I continue to provide case management services to my clients as well and assist them with accessing resources in the community, managing benefits, dealing with medication issues, and getting through crisis situations.
