Centennial Update
Due to concerns about the COVID19 virus, beginning March 17th Centennial Mental Health will be making changes in the way we serve our clients.
We will begin offering individual therapy sessions, case management appointments, and intake appointments for new and enrolled clients via TELEPHONE. We have begun contacting our clients to notify them of this change. If you have not heard from your local office, please contact them to verify your phone number so that our staff can reach you.
Clients scheduled to meet with a psychiatric prescriber for medications should still plan to come to the local office.
Therapy groups will begin meeting via telephone-conference starting the week of March 23. If you attend group services, please plan to attend your group this week and pick up curriculum materials.
Individuals needing to pick up prescriptions at our Genoa pharmacy in Ft. Morgan may do so.
Please note: if you are not feeling well (have symptoms including fever, cough, wheezing) PLEASE do not come to the office. If you have been exposed to others who are ill or if you have traveled recently to Colorado’s mountain towns or out-of-state, do not come to the office.
We know that this is a stressful time for us all, and we are committed to the wellbeing of our clients! Please reach out to us if you need support or if you have questions. As always, if you are experiencing a behavioral health CRISIS, please call your local Centennial office and we will arrange to have someone contact you right away.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) has launched a short survey designed to track symptoms of COVID-19, even if the person experiencing symptoms is unable or does not need to get a test. Although the data collected using this survey cannot replace official case data confirmed by testing, it may help public health officials track early warning signs that an outbreak could be imminent in a given area or region.
