As a Housing Specialist you will coordinate and place families and individuals in housing programs. Deliver comprehensive, intensive, short-term clinical based case management for adults living with severe mental illness experiencing chronic homelessness. We are actively looking for someone with the ability to multitask, prioritize concerns, independently effectively manage time, work as a team member, have basic computer skills and be able to travel within the Center’s service area or to other locations as needed.
