This position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and play a key role in supporting and enhancing operational efficiencies, enhancing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across all locations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and skilled in multitasking to manage various tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be located near, or willing to relocate to within a reasonable timeframe, one of the offices this position will oversee and frequently travel to: Burlington, CO, Elizabeth, CO, and Limon, CO.
