The Director of Outpatient Services provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of outpatient clinical programs and continuity of care services across Centennial’s catchment area. This role supports the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of outpatient and clinical service lines, including case management, youth mentorship, peer support services, therapeutic services, judicial and competency-based programs, and substance use treatment services. The Director of Outpatient Services will be licensed in Colorado and located within, or willing to relocate to within a reasonable timeframe, our serviceable states of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Arizona or Texas. There is a travel requirement to Northeastern Colorado.
