Centennial Mental Health Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality comprehensive mental health services to the rural communities of Northeastern Colorado. As a Behavioral Health Provider, you would direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals. This position is an integral part of the team who treat individuals across the lifespan and help them with specific goals and making those goals attainable.
Locations: The expectation is for this position to work at Centennial MHC's office in Akron, CO & Yuma, CO 2x/week, and work from home 3x/week.
