Centennial Mental Health Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality comprehensive mental health services to the rural communities of Northeastern Colorado. As a Behavioral Health Provider, you would direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals. This position is an integral part of the team and plans, directs, manages and oversees center-wide clinical activities for Substance Use Disorder Services.
