Centennial Mental Health Center has several housing assistance programs, through Housing and Urban Development and the Colorado Division of Housing. Each program has specific guidelines and criteria. The Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing (DOH) in conjunction with Centennial Mental Health Center is announcing the opening of the Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list on April 27 – April 28, 2021. The waiting list is open to Colorado residents who meet DOH’s disability preference. To obtain an application click here.

Completed applications maybe send via email to Housing@CentennialMHC.org or mailed to Centennial Mental Health Center Attn: Housing 211 W. Main Street Sterling, CO 80751. Applications postmarked or received prior to April 27, 2021 or after April 28, 2021 will not be considered to be added to the wait list.
